Oxford Community Hospital, Oxford

Opened on the Churchill Hospital site in 1984.

It was administered by Oxfordshire Health Authority until April 1994. It then passed to Oxfordshire Community Health NHS Trust and in March 2001 to Oxford City Primary Care Trust. Since October 2006 it has been the responsibility of Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust.
